Voicemail Pro: Replaying the Entry Prompts

Hi, I'm running voicemail pro 4.1. I menu setup where that when a person does not pick an option the call is transfered to the operator.

What I would like to do have the menu options replay wait another couple of seconds and then timeout and transfer the call to the operator.

I'm not sure how I would configure that, any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

You could make a copy of the menu. have your first time out go to the second menu then on the second menu have the time out to the operator.
