I currently administer a IP Office 403 for a call center of approx 60 agents. We receive approx 20-25k call a month and our phone system is becoming really important. While we certainly consider going to another bigger stronger platform, we still need to work with this system until the time has come to change. Of course we are now 24x7x365 and we need to be able to recover from a disaster "real quick".

Has any of you installed voicemail Pro in a redundant setup (active-passive, hot stand-by kind of setup). I was thinking of something like a Windows Server 2003 cluster.

Any constructive ideas, clues, tips are welcome.

Thanks

How about VMDB/wavs etc on a SAN/NAS? C/w with a cold spare server

Would allow for quick backup and running time frame.
