Hey guys... so it appears that after upgrading to R10.1, now our Text-to-speech is no longer working on our primary Voicemail pro. I noticed that after I type the text description, then click over to entry pormpts tab, I can select Text-to-Speech, but the Language drop down box has no option (no English (United States)). When I click to record the audio file, nothing happens. The thing that is strange, is that if I revert services over to our backup voicemail pro instance (on a different server), the text-to-speech works just fine, and my English Language option is there. I have also tried to reinstall the IP Office Voicemail pro TTS Engines from the TTS DVD, but still the Language option is still not populating the English field. Any idea's? Thanks,
