Setup a standard queued and still queued action - all works fine. In manager the group queuing ring time is 10sec.

however when rining the call flow the messages for the queued and still queued are 20sec apart. I've used the $ACD in specific on the transfer action.

Any ideas?

The timer for the Still Queued message on the IP Office can be altered. IT looks like a system wide setting, the manual states the following to change it.
The delay used for the still queued announcement can be altered by adding ACD_QUEUE_DELAY=nn to the Source Numbers tab of the NoUser user. Replace nn with a time between 20 and 180 seconds.
This is in the 3.2 manual so may not work on earlier versions.
 
It does work in 3.1...however, my experience has shown that the 180 is actually 99 seconds...they didn't make it a 3 digit field somewhere...so if you put in 180 it only reads 18 and seems to NOT work..(i.e. 20 seconds is the default)...so make it 99 if you want the maximum time.

I don't believe they have fixed that in 3.2.
