Voicemail Pro Prompt.

Hi All,

I need to play the following prompt to the caller if all the agents are busy in Voicemail pro, "All our agents are busy, please try after sometime".

Any help on this is highly appericiated.

You should ask that question to your business partner.
They will charge you for it but then it works like it should work.

Please tel me you are not wanting to disconnect callers if all your staff are busy?

When I call a company as a customer I find that sort of treatment to be extremely rude & will then take my business elsewhere.

turn on VM for the group & allow the customer to leave a message as a bare minimum.

Indeed, I would rather queue for 10 minutes than be cut off, at least I stand a chance of getting through then without redialling every 2 mins, you must be pretty good at annoying people :)

to reduce staff requirements in call center, follow the following steps:

1) create module called CallCenter
2) drag action "generic" onto screen, go entry prompt screen, add new wav file, record something along the lines of 'we're all busy call back later'
2) drag action 'disconnect' onto screen next to generic, connect start to generic, then generic to disconnect
3) on IPO create incoming call route for main call center telephone number, route to VM:CallCenter
4) Save and make live on VM Pro, push config to IPO
5) fire all staff
6) save lots of money

Note: the above post is entirely in jest, ironic, and meant to be funny.
