This rare issue in thread940-1817765 occurred again for another customer and this time we were able to find a better solution that didn't reset all their Voicemail Pro preferences, so a useful one to file away incase it ever occurs to one of your customers.
Summary: In the Windows client for Voicemail Pro, it is possible to see the directory paths the voicemail server is using for prompts. If you change these for a Linux based VMPro, you'll then discover that you can't change them back and you now have no prompts even though the callflows still work.
The new solution, replacing that in thread940-1817765, is to do the following:
[ol 1]
[li]Connect using SSH and locate the file /etc/vmpro_settings.ini.[/li]
[li]In the file, locate the entry WAVSDir= and set it back to WAVsdir=/opt/vmpro/Wavs[/li]
[li]Restart the voicemail service.[/li]
[/ol]
Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
