Is there a place to look at or gather port usage for Voicemail Pro ports? To determine whether or not additional ports are needed, hopefully *before* people start getting denials?

You can use Trunk Group Summary Report, with the ccc. (Report Viewer).

The SMDR log output by Delta Server does indicate calls using voicemail channels. Would require some sifting by does give you time of day and for how long each port was used.

I have used CBC effectively for this, setup one of your charts to show agents available for the voicemail group - if it ever gets down to 1 agent (or worse 0) at any point in the day, you should think about adding ports.

In case you weren't aware, you can (and should) drag your mouse pointer across a section of the chart to zoom in... otherwise you can easilly miss very brief periods when the port availability drops way down.

Using the monitor programm if you enable developement tracing (makred for avaya use only) then select the status menue you have an option to monitor the VM sessions.

this will enable you to see real time how busy the VM ports are.

You cannot get a nice report over an extended period like you would with CBC & CCC but it is free.

Speaking of monitor, has anyone else noticed that under the status menu the US PRI trunks thing works now under 2.1.27? Very nice, handy little utility when working with PRI.
