Voicemail Pro Password Reset on Server Edition

We have an IP Office Server Edition and when you install the software you have to change the password to the Voicemail Pro client. The user that set it up for our company is no longer here and we now can't access the VM Pro client - online (offline isn't an issue). Does anyone know how to reset that password, do a password recover, or if there is a backdoor? I am not talking about a users voicemail password but the password to get into the VM Pro client.

Voicemail password is set connecting to security.

Problem is that if tech has changed the VM password he has certainely changed the security password also

There is an option to reset the security settings from the CLI but then you need to have access somehow
