Getting the following message
EMailerRequest::Send: Queued email request
The system was working. Customer upgraded to microsoft exchange 2010. Now voicemail to email no longer works
Relay was setup on microsoft exchange
The voicemail pro setting in control panel finds no errors when check is pressed
Vmprodbservice and Voicemail Pro Services use local accounts.
I can't seem to find a document that goes through the steps to install voicemail to email to see if all the settings are correct.
The system is a IP office 5.0 that is now release 6
Voicemail is now 5.0 (26)
