I have a customer that a few years ago migrated their 4 Voicemail Pro installations from local physical PCs to remote VM running Windows 2008 at their corporate office. These all worked fine since the migration until recently one of the sites is experience a problem with mailboxes disappearing in the Voicemail Pro client and voicemail for users not working because of this. A reboot of the IP500v2 typically resolved this, but now they are seeing only about 16 mailboxes in the Voicemail Pro Client but should see about 200 and some of the mailbox information looks corrupted.
We have looked at firewall, tftp traffic is seen, and at the server itself, reinstalled Voicemail Pro software on the server, but am running out of ideas. Site is running 8.0.6.
Any ideas?
Thank you,
