Hello,

Does anybody know if there is a log for Voicemail Pro? The service on my server stops responding once in awhile and Windows has nothing about it in the Event Viewer. The only way to get this service back is to manually shut down the server by pressing power button and then to start it again. I can't catch the moment when exactly it's happening. Can happen two-three times a day or once a week...

Thanks,

Oleg

Open up your SERVICES applet and open up the Voicemail Pro service properties page. Click on the LOG ON tab and check the LOCAL SYSTEM ACCOUNT tick as well as the INTERACT WITH THE DESKTOP and then restart your VM PRO service and you will see the logger pop up. click start and you will see the logging. To look at the log you will have to click freeze and then use copy and paste to put it into a txt file.
