Voicemail Pro issue

From time to time iam getting this wired issue with our ip office. Randomly in the middle of the day any call hitting out auto attendant instead of the call going to the prompts set up it will say welcome to ip office please enter your ext and # sign. When i run into this i go to the server and everything is running normally, utilization is minimal and the vmpro service is still running. Anyone have an idea of what can cause this??
 
This is a known issue.
There are changes done while VMPro was not idle.
Normally when you do this then VMPro waits until it is idle and then the changes are made.
When you hit save and make live it will do this immediately with this issue.
Restart the service and it is ok again.
So when you do make changes then only hit save and make live when it is idle.
