Hi guys,
Got Voicemail Pro 9.0.3 with a conference bridge created on it.
4 Option Menu then leads to Test Variable options for PIN check, followed by a name record and whisper then transfer to MeetMe code. Attached a snip of the layout.
ISDN and SIP DDI assigned to it for testing purposes. However customer wants it purely on the SIP (what it was sold for).
Issues seem to be only on the SIP DDI. When dialling the number you get through to the module and get played the first message. Then on selecting a room number it either disconnects the call or allows you through to the next part where you are asked for a PIN.
Then entering the PIN it is sometimes recognised however sometimes it just doesn't and asks for the PIN repeatedly, then might suddenly recognise it and allow you through.
On repeated testing I have not been able to reproduce the issue on the ISDN DDI.
On dialling the SIP DDI from our SIP trunks the issue is rare, not sure if I have reproduced it at all (same SIP provider as on customer)
On dialling the SIP DDI from a mobile the issue happens most times.
On dialling the SIP DDI from ISDN the issue happens most times.
The SIP provider are seeing DTMF tones going through correctly every time, however the system does not appear to be recognising them.
The VM Pro server was restarted last night to no avail.
Any ideas welcome!
Cheers
