I setup a huntgroup with Queue function and the queue limit is 2. If I use voice mail lite, when all operators are busy, VM lite will prompt: "I'm afraid all operators are busy at the moment, but please hold and will be transfered when some one become available" . If I user VM pro, I can not get such prompt,but the queue is OK. I checked the wav file which located under Voicemail Pro folder, the wav file is OK, the file name is svm_18.wav, can anybody can help me to solve the problem?

Voicemail Pro in Queue prompt problem

If q ing to a group, this is a default function, ie. messages 3/4 are qing and still qing respectivly....Try recording the new greetings and then as long as the members in teh group are busy and qing is switched on you will get a qued and still qued message
