Voicemail Pro: Goto Start-Points

I'm having trouble getting the Goto, Transfer or any other such actions working with any Specific Start Points. For example I could get to Sales.Queued by simply being put in the queue, but when I use a Goto or Transfer action to run Sales.Still Queued, I just get silence. Any ideas why this is?

the goto action is intended to call modules

if you programm up a module to preform the required action you should then be able to "GOTO" this module from both your standard entry points & your CallQue start points.

Are you trying to send a caller who is not in a queue to a queued or still queued callflow? This won't work, I'm afraid - but nice try!
