hey guys,

just wondering if someone has had this problem.....error 9 in dbgview

ip office 412 5.026
VMPro 5.0.30
windows 7 pro

have an exchange server with account set up. this was working until i had to switch out the hard drive on the computer. now i have reloaded all software and for some reason i cant get it to send voicemail to email? if i turn off the "firewall" in windows, the voicemail stops working. i have ran the avayafwbat...updated version... and still no luck

any help would be great.....

do i need to turn the firewall off? if i do, the voicemail doesnt work? or do i need to change any settings in windows...

Post your dbgview here.

i was just looking at the IP OFFICE and does this matter....

IP OFFICE is at 5.0.20
VMPro is 5.0.30

does this matter?...... or do i need to put the IP OFFICE to 5.0.26

It's better to use 5.0.26 than 5.0.20 that had some bugs.
Also did you setup the VMPro in the control panel of windows?

i did set up the VMPro in the control panel of windows. for some reason, i still keep getting the "error 9" message in the dbgview after upgrading the IP OFFICE to 5.0.26

dont have a clue why this would not be working now......as it was working fine. im sure something has changed, i just dont know what.... i have tried to set everything up the same as before....

How long is this message?
Is there a size limit that is blocking sending the email?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
