I can't seem to figure this out. AVAYA IP Office 10.1 SP1 with voicemail pro 10.1 SP1. I am thinking it should be relativity simple. My customer doesn't want calls to go to voicemail when transferred from the Auto Attendant. They want the calls to ring back to the receptionist and have her do a visual voicemail transfer to the users mailbox or attempt to locate them. In voicemail pro I am using an assisted transfer with $KEY and set the no answer timeout to 20 seconds. No answer and busy from the assisted transfer go to a transfer action pointed to the receptionist extension. In the transfer action under the description(displayed on phone) I have "returned from $KEY". Does anyone know what system defined variable I can use to display the users name instead of the number?
