Voicemail pro disconnected

I have a PC with Windows XP service pack 2; the VMpro server is running perfectly, but sometimes the connection is down, and I must restart the PC, this is random, 1 or 2 o 3 times per week. What must I do?
The software installed is Voice Mail Pro 4.0.18 running over Ip Office 4.0

I am not sure why it happens but what i have done in the past is schedule the system to reboot off hours. I have some that reboot once a month or some others that reboot every week. It has helped greatly.

Go to services and right click on your vmpro services and choose properties

set the recovery
there you can set what it should do when the services stop
