voicemail pro delete a mailbox 2

Hello

Could someone please tell me how to delete a mailbox from an extension . What i mean is that i have a phone in the conference rm and i do not want voicemail to pick up . Would that be done in the phone system or voicemail . The phone system is IP office 500 V2 . Voicemail is PRO

Within Manager, Disable voicemail on voicemail tab of that user.

...also in Voicemail Pro client, right click on user in user list and select Disable Mailbox.
