Voicemail Pro Database Corruption?

I have a customer using Voicemail Pro 9.1.10 on Windows Server 2012, on a Dell DL360.

What is happening is different parts of the calls flows keep breaking. An option that used to work will start going to dead air or dropping calls. I will log in, open the Menu or the Transfer or the GoTo action, remove the entry on the Specific tab and reenter it, Save and Make Live and it starts working. I've also had problems were WAV files will go to all static and noise. Then I remove them and readd them and they work fine.

I'm wondering is something is getting messed up with the database and I will need to rebuild 27 modules?

The one thing important to know on this, is that I built all these call flow offline, as the customer couldn't make time to get the server online until the day before the cutover. So, all call flows were copied to the server and imported.

Any ideas?

Thanks guys!!

Are you logging in via RDP or directly on the server?
Or
are you using the remote capabilities of VmPro client to connect to the server that way.
I had issues lately with the remote option but not breaking call flows but greetings being sent over overwriting the existing ones.

I never really had any issues with call flows breaking ( since R1.4 or so) but you could always try and upgrading to the latest R9.1 and see if that helps

Hey Westi,

I'm connecting using RDP.
