I am trying to figure out how to make changes to incoming call handling on my IP Office system with Voicemail Pro.
Currently when a call comes in it goes to the attendant.
That's a little puzzling to me since the way I read it incoming calls should go to a short code for voice mail and then fall back to the attendant. Where is the system being told to go to the fall back?
Secondly in Voicemail Pro itself there is an option table for when you dial 1 for billing, 2 for receiving etc. Trouble is I can't determine there what button sends the call where.
To look at it looks ambiguous. Although I know that it's working.
