Voicemail Pro broadcast voicemail

Just wondering if this was possible.

We have a company who wants to record a voicemail and then send that voicemail to various people within the office.

Is there an easy way of doing this with VMPro?
One oher thing to add, is that the various people changes so it could be 3 people one day, the next it could be ten etc.

1. Add a new Module e.g Sales Team.
2. Add an Edit Play List action and open its properties.
• Change the Token Name to e.g Record Sales Message.
• In the Specific tab, enter sales msg.wav and select OK.
3. Add a new Generic Action and open its properties.
• In the Specific tab, enter FWD:207#208##(the extns), and select OK.
4. Connect the Start Point and Record Sales Message.
5. Connect the Record Sales Message and Generic actions.
6. Save and make live.

1. In Manager, add the following shortcode:
SC *95
Telephone "Sales Team"
LG 0
Feature Voicemail collect
2. Save and merge the configuration with the IP Office.
3. On extension 205, dial *95 and record a message similar to the
following: “Sales meeting on Monday at 9.30 am in the Board Room”.
4. Check at extensions 207 and 208 that they both have the message.

You can also do it directly through a mailbox.

If Intuity mode, access you mailbox and press 1. Record the message and press #. When asked for the address, enter each number followed by # (eg. 201#202#203#) and finish with a double ##.

In IP Office mode you can forward an existing message using 6 and then 2 and then the above multi-address mechanism. I don't know how you would record a new message first, looks like you'd have to call yourself and leave a message (except if you have a 2030/2050 phone where you can use Voice | Message and then use Other before you press Submit).
