I made this call flow a while ago and I implented some workaround for seemingly inconsistent behaviour involving blank user variables. I cannot test it at the moment as our lab system is out on loan. I am hoping someone else has experience this or knows what I mean.
I cannot describe the exact issue that I had but it was something along the lines that an empty user variable (ie database import or freshly made user variable) would evaluate differently (ie empty != # when prompted for PIN when checked vs the variable) than one that as set as blank with $ in a menu.
Can someone confirm or deny this?
