I want to have an Auto Attendant at a client to be able to do the following , when their clients call them.
If a client calls they will hear the language menu option, for example if they choose option 2, they will hear the Dutch menu say ing the following.
If you know your parties extension please dial it now, after 3 seconds silence in the timeout, they will continue to here the following
Press 1 for Consular
Press 2 for receptionist
Press 0 to repeat menu.
This message will play in using the time profile open from 8am to 5 pm.
The thing is the Consular should only take calls between 2pm and 4pm, after that they are closed for incoming calls and they will hear a message that they are closed.
I have created a part of this scenario in voicemail pro, but not sure on how I can have the option 2 play the message that they are closed at certain hours.
Should I create a new call flow for the Option 1 to play the message in the voicemail pro by using the time profile?
