Voicemail Pro and User variables

Hello everyone,

I have the situation here. I have Voicemail Pro (6.1), IPO (6,018) and all I need is to create some short code, that i could dial and change Auto attendant (between two AA). I found info with some example in official Avaya document "Voicemail Pro Example Excercises", but it won't works for me. Maybe anyone could help me and tell how to do it step by step.

or call in your business provider to program this as its quite complex if you dont understand it?
