Having a Voicemail problem that has apprantly ony surfaced in the last few days. Firstly, the lamp is being lit up, even though there are no voicemails for any of the mailboxes they have Hnumbers for. Also, Phone Manager is not showing real time information. They have to close and re-open it to refresh it.
Using IP Office 3.2 (67) btw and the Phone Manager version is 3.28.39. VM pro client version is 3.2.38
I'm not sure if this is a software problem with Phone Manager or a problem with the Voicemail Pro client. I've tried restarting the services but it hasn't help. I've scheduled a reboot of the voicemail pro server out of hours as well. Incidentally, vm pro client shows the correct number of voicemails for various groups.
Any pointers?
