Hello,

We are currently on IPO 10.0 - Exchange 2010 and using the Exchange integration through EWS.
Now we are in the process of upgrading to Exchange 2016 and IPO 10.1 or 11.0.
Going through the Voicemail pro (11.0 and 10.1) admin guides I saw that Exchange 2016 is not yet supported.
It seems that it was supported but then removed 4 months later.

From the Voicemail pro 11.0 document history:

19th December 2017 12h · Add Exchange 2016 support for UMS.
17th April 2018 12i · EWS support on Exchange 2016 removed. [IPOFFICE-137309]

Does anybody know what happens and if Avaya is planning to add the Exchange 2016 EWS integration anytime soon?

Thanks!

We are also in the same situation, Exchange 2019 has been released recently and still the last version they support for VMPro 10+ is Exchange 2013.

Is anyone running VMPro 10+ with Exchange 2016/2019 or know what's the issue?

Having dealt with the IPO side, and the backend of several Exchange environments, my gut is that this should work OK. I've not tested it, but, the "big" changes were all between 2010 and 2013. 2013, 2016, and 2019 are not all that different. Think of '16 and '19 as Exchange 2013.5.

More than likely Avaya simply hasn't tested and therefore won't officially support 16 and 19.
