i made some changes on a VM call flow and i noticed increased abandon calls on the CCC reports.
Initially, all the calls where routed on a single hunt group but know there are multiple choices on the VM announcement with multiple destinations. each of them has a voice mail configured.
So i think that when voice mail answers a call is treated as an abandon call on the CCC Reports.
is that correct?
