voicemail pro and CCC reports

hi.
i made some changes on a VM call flow and i noticed increased abandon calls on the CCC reports.

Initially, all the calls where routed on a single hunt group but know there are multiple choices on the VM announcement with multiple destinations. each of them has a voice mail configured.

So i think that when voice mail answers a call is treated as an abandon call on the CCC Reports.
is that correct?
 
Tick "flag call as answered" on the transfer to your destination

do you mean the 'Flag the current call has been answered by Voice Mail ' option?

so if i don't choose that option, the calls will be reported as abandon when the voice mail answers ? isn't hat the default operation?



 
I think it is seen as answered
If you do not tick it i think it will be seen as an abandon call
