I have started servicing a new client that has IPO and VMP from a partner that no longer supports. The site has an incompatible version of Voicemail Pro client - the client is a newer version than what their VMP is.

I tried to go to the web interface ( to download the correct version. First I get a warning that the site is not safe. I click go there anyway. Then I get this error:

The company's IT vendor looked at it. In Certificate Viewer, we can see that the certificate is from AnyDesk. It is not expired. The IT vendor thinks this needs to be fixed on my end. I do not know where to go from here. Help!

Apologies - my typo. I have been entering :7070

:7070 only works on Linux could it be that this is a Windows machine?

Yes, it's windows. In fact it's a Windows 2019 server that is not supported by Avaya. Now what?? What's funny is they tell me this client worked for months until it didn't.

:7070 never worked on a Windows machine

you can run the vmpro client directly on the server so all you need are the credentials to connect to it via RDP or you can run the vmpro client on another machine and remote connect to the voicemail but need the credentials that are setup on the administrator account in the vmpro

The problem is I can't find the correct version of the client on Avaya's support website. My distributor told me I have to get it from :7070. The client has a slightly newer version and they get an "incompatible" warning when they open it.

Far as I know, the VM Pro client wasn't ever downloadable from a Windows based installation. It is available on the :7071 page from a Linux based voicemail server on an application server, UCM or server edition.
