Voicemail PRO & Music on Hold 406 V2

I lost my IT guy and was wondering if someone could help me out? We downsized a lot and I would like to make one main mailbox for the main group and if someone leaves a msg it lights all phones in the group.

Is there a way for MOH to have a 7min msg I would like to repeat with out using the ext. source if possible? I think the 406 V2 is limited to 30sec

Put HGroupName into the source numbers of the users that you want to light up. Change GroupName to whatever the group is.
No, you cannot have a 7 minute hold music message without using external moh.
