voicemail pro 9.1 module greeting recording disconnects

Hello gurus!
I have an issue with 9.1 voicemail pro when I go to record a greeting from one of my menu modules I select to record from an extension. As I'm recording it disconnects after so many seconds around 10 or so.
Anyone come across this?

Are you able to listen to the 10 seconds recording?

To put it another way, does the VM pro 'hear' anything when you are recording?

stop and restart voicemail pro service and try again, have found some bugs on 9.1

Yes I hear the recording and I say in monitor it said TIMEOUT?
