Voicemail Pro 9.0 Intuity mode user access restriction

I have a client that has phantom mailboxes that multiple users can access and delete messages which is fine. My question is when a user is in the mailbox another one can access the same mailbox at the same time and both do the listening/deleting of messages, i want to restrict the access so that only one user is in that mailbox at a time.

Tried with the complete sequence and variables in a leave callflow but the complete sequence doesn't seem to work with the get mail action (user has to exit mailbox with **9 and not hang up or it will be stuck with no access to mailbox).

Any Ideas ?

That really is the only way. I threw together a module, probably like the one you did, and that was the only way to get it to work.

You could always tell people that they HAVE to dial **9 to get out of the mailbox, and anyone that dosen't do it owes you a dollar.
You could also setup an admin menu where you can quickly reset the box.

I opened a ticket with avaya for the complete sequence option on the start points... we ll see what they come up with !

Nice, would be cool if they fix it. Plenty of other tweaks are needed, though.
