We are using Voicemail pro 9.0.3 we are using SMTP to sent a copy of the voicemails most of the users are complaining of a "white noise" about half way into the wav voicemail file in the email. I have listened to them on the phone they sound perfectly along with the C:\Prog\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Accounts\ the users voicemail in this folder it seems to be fine. So the wave file somehow becomes corrupted via the email process any suggestions on how to resolve this??
