Technical User
Hello,
Hoping to get some help on a support issue that's currently boggling my mind.
I have a customer running Windows Voicemail Pro, Version 8.0(6001) that has ran into an issue with what seems to be a long standing feature of their system.
This is something in particular that I haven't dealt with before, so any input is greatly appreciated. The client is stating that, up until very recently, they had a feature of the VM system that would give an automated announcement stating the phone number that called in when a user plays a voicemail. It would be something like this: (Automated Voice) CALL FROM: 555 867 5309 (Voicemail Message Plays) Hello, this is XYZ calling about ABC, please give me a call back as soon as you can, etc.
I'm looking all over in voicemail pro Administration settings, Manager configuration, and here on Tek-Tips for a resolution, but at this time i am stumped. Anybody out here familiar with this function on Avaya? Or is it possible that this was supplied by an outside service?
Thanks in advance for any and all assistance
