You will get a free upgrade if you escalate and give proof using traces etc

6.0(44) does not fix this issue. Like said above, you will need to go through your support channels to get the chance of a free upgrade to 6.q to fix the issue or it's hand in pocket time.

We had to provide .CFG's and monitor and voicemail traces, I also gave them screenshots. Once that was done it was escalated and the next day I had license files for 6.1.
