I have a 3 site customer who recently upgraded to the newest GA5.0.20. Users from Site A would dial Users at Site B and when the user at Site B wouldn't answer it would goto the voicemail box of the user calling instead of the user at Site B. i could see this in debugview so i had the IT guy reboot all the units including the voicemail server and when he did this it fixed the problem. The anomoly that occurred was some users lost all of their saved/read voicemails including the IT guy who had 20 saved messages which i confirmed with my own eyes troubleshooting prior to this reboot and now they are gone from his folder no where to be found on the system or server. This happened with several other users but some were unaffected. Anyone got any ideas?
