Voicemail Pro 4.1 (27) User Mailbox instructions wrong 1

Hi Folks!

I have been getting complaints the instructions we sent out for using voicemail, that what is written is wrong. I verified this. I have a PDF dated 2002. I decided to print a PDF from the IP Office Mode Mailbox section of the help file. I started going through it and it's basically the same information. For example (from help):

To forward a message to a different extension:

During or immediately after playing a message, press 6.

Press 2.

Enter each extension number followed by a #.

Press # again to finish. For example:

To forward a message to extensions 201, 202 and 203, key in: 201#202#203##

To forward a message to extension 201 only, key in: 201##
--------------

If I press 6 during a message, the message seems to be fast-forwarded, or something.

Where can I get the correct instructions.

The instructions aren't wrong, you have the wrong instructions. The Voicemail Pro can work in two modes; 'IP Office' mode and 'Intuity Emulation' mode. I suspect yours is setup for the Intuity mode.

You are correct. I made the mistake of using the CEO's language. And I didn't realize until you pointed this out that their are different modes.
