Hello,
I just upgraded a customer from 9.1.9 to 10.1 software running Voicemail Pro on Windows Server 2012. After the upgrade, I was able to remotely access the database, replace the wavs and the mdb file, confirm that it all worked, etc. It seemed that there were no issues with it, but he let me know this morning that he can't run it from his remote session into the same server.
Here's what I know:
- He is using RDP to access the Server
- He is using a domain administrator account on the same server that I have a local admin account and am able to run VMPro Client
- He is choosing to run as Administrator
- This was working for him on 9.1.9
I am still able to access the software remotely - I told him that i think it's an issue with RDP but can't find any sort of documentation to prove that to him. Can anybody here help me out? We've rebooted the server & restarted the service already. Firewall is off. Here's the error log:
