voicemail port number instead of Caller ID

I recently installed a couple of panasonic SIP phones on a 3300 running MCD4.2.

While phones are ringing, when receiving outside calls, the phones display the voicemail port instead of the outside caller ID of the calling party.

Can this be changed so the caller ID is shown and not voicemail port transfering the call?. This only happens when calls are received trhough Auto Attndt.

Is there something I can change on COS for the trunk, V/mail port, or SIP set?

set display caller id in cos=yes(there are 3 display option)

I also had to enable "Display Held Call ID on Transfer" on v/mail ports COS.
