Someone accidentally set VMPro service to start automatically on the IPO server when it was configured to run on Application server where Media manager also runs.
After shutting down VMPro service on the IPO server and rebooting both IPO server and Application server the Hunt Group options:
"Voicemail On" and "Answer time" is missing and no longer configurable!
[ul]
[li]Normal routing to voicemail such as No answer, Night Service, Out of service results in busy tone.[/li]
[li]Queueing Announcements is working, so a possible workaround can be to use the Announcements and use VMpro conditions instead. [/li]
[/ul]

Anyone encountered this? Tips on how to fix it?

Oh, and the system is SE 11.1.1.1.0 build 18.
It's on VMware So I could see if there is a somewhat fresh snapshot to see if that helps but then there is loads of later configurations lost..

Edit:
[ul]
[li]Restored to a snapshot from August - Still missing Vmail options.[/li]
[li]Set VMPro service back to IPO server - Still missing Vmail options.[/li]
[li]Cleared browser cache - Still missing Vmail options.[/li]
[li]Checked IPO Manager app - Still missing Vmail options.[/li]

The Voicemail ON/OFF and Timer controls for groups has moved to the "Fallback" section under "Group No Answer Time" & "Group No Answer Destination"

While I enjoy having a group no answer destination now, especially for embedded, it would be nice if they didn't move stuff like this around without warning.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Why....why are you using the web manager....do you like to live life dangerously?

I used to be an ACE. Now I'm just an Arse.

It's moved in the Manager app too:
