We have a BCM200 with which we're having two issues.

1) There are 4 hunt groups. We want these to divert on busy or no answer to voicemail. Ideally I'd like the fact that there are messages to show on each of the phones in the group (though I understand this might be impossible). At the moment, the only solution we can find is to have a spare handset sit by each group which will be set to forward to voicemail. The Hunt Group is then set to overflow to this handset's extension on which they would have to look out for the red light (which I believe can also show on two other extensions).

Is there any better way of doing this?

2) We want every line to divert to an external number (an external answering bureau we use) at certain hours each evening. We've tried using night service on the phone system which correctly picks up the lines and passes them to CallPilot but instead of diverting them it thengoes to the general mailbox.

Thanks in advance for any help,
Jonathan

Not sure of anything with option 1 but for 2 you could try.

Build a CCR Tree for the Greeting Table that you have answering. Have the Lines answered like you have them now for nights. But with the CCR Tree just build path 0 as an External Transfer to the number of your answering service. This way the Greeting will play and then the call will follow the CCR Tree. If you have other lines to be answered at night then just out these in a different Group, Greeting, and Tree.
