Can voicemail pro do a SMS notification to a cell phone? Also can the voicemail be set up to forward the voicemail to email if the message has not been picked up after a period of time, ie message left in vm, it sms to cell phone, if message not answered after an hour it gets forwarded to email.

there are currently no escalations for VM alerts so it would not be posible to get the VM to email after a delay.
CMS to cell phones can be achived if you have access to an e-mail to SMS gateway (t-mobile in the uk offer this along with most other network providers)
