voicemail notification one-x mobile

Hi All,

Anyone know if there is a way to get access to group voicemails from the One-X mobile preferred app? It seems you can only access personal ones on there. I have ensured the sources numbers for the users are in place, but still doesn't provide a way of accessing them except via shortcodes from the app itself.

This is on server edition R10.1
