pmgr welcome to forums, but please turn off the Caps Lock key, otherwise it is considered as YELLING! and harder to read.
Do you not have a vendor that handles your system?
What is the experience/error or recording given to the caller when leaving a message?
Depending on what is what depends if you need a tech, remote support (we do that) or a new hard drive.

Make sure that voicemail simply hasn't been turned off by mistake. When you access VM/AA using F983 there is a hidden menu by pressing 4 or 5 I think. Within that hidden menu is the ability to turn off or disable voicemail while still leaving the AA and all other functions working.
