Voicemail not going to extension 1

I have Merlin Legend and Merlin Messaging and on ext 26, voicemail wont pick up after 4 rings.. all the other exts are fine except for this one. The voicemail box is set up and it used to work, but I'm not sure how to make the voicemail pick up after 4 rings.
The phone is an MLX with a large display and its directly connected to the merlin legend...
any help is greatly appreciated.

Add the extension to the Voice Mail Cover Group (usually 30, although it may be any from 1 to 30)
