Voicemail not connected to extension number

A few months ago we had a supervisor leave. The supervisor that is here wanted to change offices but keep her extension number. I was able to change her extension number to the other office and put the other extension number in her old office. In doing this I lost voicemail for both offices. When you call there is no voicemail and the main phone shows a message to enter the extension number again. Both supervisor have recorded a new message but it does not show up. I would love some help or input on how to get voicemail back.

It happens sometimes that DN changes don't sync up to the voice mail system. Reboot to clear.
