voicemail no picking up

Hey guys,

We have a norstar flash system and one of the extensions is not picking up VM. I have entered Feature ** 266344 with password 266344. The first thing I see is 1.CONFIGURATION. Where in configuration do I make changes for the VM to pick up when the extension 241 do not answer or is busy?
