Voicemail Messaging Outside Access

I am trying to send a customer instructions on accessing their voicemail from outside the office. I can't seem to find the instructions online.

Can someone please post them or a link to them.

When the auto attendant answers, press "*7", then follow the prompts.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
