I have a IP 500v2 on 8.0.43 with VM Pro 8.0.1011 running on a virtual machine Windows 2008 server. We are using voicemail to email. The phones are 9611G IP phones. When a voicemail comes in and you listen on your laptop via the wave file in your email the message is sometimes garbled, and if the end user decides to listen to the same message on there phone for privacy reasons the message is sometimes garbled and sometimes clear. Also if you call back in the message might be clear. The calls are coming in on a PRI. It seems like some messages are garbled on the recording and some are garbled listening to it on playback. The problem is not on every voicemail message. This happens anytime day or night. So I was wondering if anyone else has seen this issue before? I guess it could be a network issue?
