Hello All,
Here is a weird one.
A user has received 3 separate voicemails in their mailbox. When listening to the 3 messages, it is actually the auto attendant recording for the main phone number of the business playing. It plays the entire AA tree and then disconnects as a regular voicemail message would. It has only happened to 1 user. I have been trying to recreate it but I can't find a way for this to happen. She receives all other voicemails normally except for these 3 that happened "randomly" over the past 4 weeks.
Avaya IP Office Server 11.1 - VMPro - J179 sets.
I have to lean towards it being user related but I can't figure out a way to recreate it to show what/if they are doing something wrong.
Any ideas out there ?
